Directors of Inbay Limited – UK, approached us to set up a business venture in Sri Lanka with foreign participation. We were excited to work with them and provided complete business-in-a-box solution starting from selecting a company name to setting up a virtual office in Sri Lanka.

At eVolve, we strive to bring our customers outstanding service, satisfaction, and success. We started working with emphasis on defining deliverables, project phases, up-front estimates and timeframes.

Incorporation of the company Involve360 (Pvt.) Limited was concluded successfully on time. We also provided our services to set up an office complex in Sri Lanka. All administrative functions for the new company are provided by Evolve, including staff recruiting, human resource management, payroll and accounts.

This project was completed very successfully and ended up with Evolve entering into a joint venture partnership with Inbay Limited – UK, to provide IT support and Customer Care services to UK customers remotely from our offices in Sri Lanka.

Recently INBAY expanded their activities and established a state of the art IT outlet in London. Evolve is proud to be associated with this new venture by providing Sage Accpac ERP solutions and developing the necessary integrations to their call centre software to automate the online process.
