We are providing financial consultancy to Mandara Rosen Group who manage and operate two major hotels Mandara Rosen, Katharagama and Mandara Resort, Mirissa and Rosen Tours. Working closely with the client and leveraging our technical and functional knowledge of software and system implementations, Evolve delivered an accounting software package for the whole group that meets the needs of Rosen to maximizes its profitability.

We developed a Hotel Management System which comes with a pre-built customizable, ready to use website, online booking engine, payment gateway and front office reservation software including invoicing and management reports. This software system is timely installed and implemented at the Mandara Hotels and they are now geared to take up bookings of online travelers and reap the benefits.

At present we are implementing EvolveAccounting semi ERP which is a web based solution to both the hotels. Once completed this will help both hotels to amalgamate with head office and maintain a fully integrated business package. The Management will be able to monitor day to day affairs from anywhere in the world and implement proper controls.
